Luis Vasquez farms over a130 micro-parcels most of them in the town or Arnoia in the rolling hills of Ribeiro. "A Teixa" is an exception; this cuvee comes from a vineyard in Rivadavia, a few kilometers away, known for it's rich and expressive wines. This wine was fermented with the natural yeast of the vineyard in foudre, aged in the same foudre for a year and then rested in the bottle for another year. This wine is round and delicate, with some white flower notes and a lovely savory core. Perfect pairing for rich seafood and white meats .
