2014 Judean Hills Blanc Tzora Vineyards

75% Chardonnay 25% Sauvignon Blanc

2014 Macon Chaintre "Vieilles Vignes" Valette

Domaine Valette is a 8.5 ha estate in Chaintre, a small village in the south of Burgundy between the Mâcon and Beaujolais. the domaine is run by Philippe Valette, who converted the vineyards to organic in 1990. Depending on the cuvee and the vintage, Philippe will age his wines in old oak from 6 months to as long as 5 years. Philippe is known as one of the godfathers of natural winemaking, especially in the Mâcon. The age of the vines for this cuvee is 65 years and is fermented with indigenous yeast and sulphites are added for bottling in minimal amounts.

2014 Saumur-Champigny Clos de L'Echelier Roches Neuves

Thierry’s latest acquisition, the Clos de L'Echelier is a 2 ha Clos on which Thierry had his eyes set since he arrived in Saumur. He finally bought it in 2011. L'Echelier is a limestone rich vineyard that produces wonderful red wines and a small amount of distinctive whites. There is just 10 cm of top soil, a bit of sand and clay, then Turonian limestone; there is practically no soil to be seen, just rock.Olivier Poussier, the world’s top sommelier, called this cuvée the Chambolle- Musigny of the Loire. Only 1 gr of sulfites added at bottling

2014 Terasses du Larzac Rouge Domaine de Montcalmes

Frederic Pourtalier trained at Grange des Peres & Alain Graillot, and is now making great wine on the family property. Each parcel, (Grenache Galets Roulets, Grenache Calcaire, Syrah and Mourvedre) is vinified separately under indigenous yeasts, and the wine is then aged in one-to-three year-old barriques. It is dense, concentrated and powerful, yet can retain an almost Burgundian balance and complexity.
